The protection of your personal information is of particular importance to Location Espace Sélect. In this policy, we explain how Location Espace Sélect collects, uses, and discloses personal information about its clients, with the exception of the agency's professionals, employees, and agents.

• the provision of rental and other related services;

Location Espace Sélect may store and process your personal information in its Montreal office or elsewhere. To ensure the confidentiality of your personal information, Location Espace Sélect uses security measures that are standard in the industry and appropriate to the nature of the information, including measures related to technology, the physical environment, and the agency's organization. In particular, access to offices is restricted, staff are trained accordingly, access to information is limited (disclosure will only be made on an ad hoc basis), passwords are used, and clearly defined internal policies and practices are implemented.

Subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law, you will have reasonable access to your personal information and the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of this information; To the extent that you have demonstrated that this information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may have it amended as desired.
You can help Location Espace Sélect ensure the accuracy of your personal information by notifying us of any changes to it.
For inquiries or complaints regarding the policies or procedures that Location Espace Sélect has adopted regarding the processing of personal information, we invite you to contact our Privacy Officer. If we discover that our security measures have been breached and that there is a real risk of harm to you, we will contact you, unless prohibited by law.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
Privacy laws change rapidly; therefore, this policy may be amended by Location Espace Sélect, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to you or any other person. Location Espace Sélect's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information will be governed by the then-current version of this policy.
